EE240 Final Project: Design of a fully differential Transconductance Amplifier

چکیده
We describe a fully differential amplifier for oversampled A/D converter applications. This amplifier employs a single stage telescopic architecture using both N-type and P-type gain-boosting technique with capacitive feedback. This architecture offers extremely high gain, low noise, low power and the need for compensation. But the potential slow-settling problem due to the slow doublet should be given enough attention in the design, which is discussed on [1] and [2].
